Agreement

This is an agreement between you and VPN Wave for virtual private network communications services, related services, and features. VPN Wave is an anonymity and privacy service — it is not intended for illegal activities. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction you are originating from or terminating into.

Service Quality

Actual service coverage, speeds, locations, and quality may vary. VPN Wave will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods for maintenance and repair. The service may be subject to unavailability due to factors beyond our control, including emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission or network problems, interference, or signal strength.

We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages that are lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the service or communications networks. Network speed is an estimate and is not a guarantee of the speed at which you send or receive data.

No-Logs Policy

We do not log any user activity — no sites visited, no DNS lookups, no emails. We only log access attempts to our servers for security and troubleshooting purposes. We do not:

• Get involved in any form of censorship
• Give your personal information to any third parties
• Cooperate with requests for information unless ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction

Our system is designed to protect your privacy automatically. There are many legitimate reasons for using a VPN, and we respect them fully.

Acceptable Use

Hacking, cracking, distribution of viruses, fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing, and any conduct deemed illegal or harmful may result in suspension or termination of your account. Users are responsible for the secure configuration of their services and for any damages caused by their neglect or exposure of vulnerabilities.

VPN Wave does not cap bandwidth or data usage per user. However, creating automated VPN sessions that impersonate a bot, exerting excessive load on the network, or utilizing substantially excessive bandwidth beyond average user usage for extended periods is considered unfair use. VPN Wave reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts found involved in unfair usage.

Changes to Terms

VPN Wave reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
